Refund Policy


Our policy lasts 7 days after the item has been delivered. If 7 days has gone by since the delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

Accepted reasons for a return/refund:

-The buyer is not satisfied with the quality/service.
-There is a defect in the product (please email us immediately and attach a photo of the defect. All defects are handled very seriously and we will compensate you for the issue).

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, contact us. Below are some tips to help you:

First check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
