The Banger Store is built by glass lovers, for glass lovers—offering affordable but high-end quartz bangers and accessories while supporting the American glass scene we care so deeply about.

How The Business Began

The Banger Store originally launched by Dillon with a clear mission: to offer high-end quartz at a price point that respected both the customer and the craft. For a time, things were going great—building a loyal following and connecting with passionate collectors across the glass community.

But like many small businesses, the early 2020s brought unexpected challenges. Factory shutdowns during the COVID pandemic, frozen business funds, and the timing of opening a retail/warehouse space all collided at once. These setbacks—combined with the loss of access to our site and order system—led to unfulfilled orders and communication gaps.

This was never intentional. We recognize we lost trust from some customers, and we want to be transparent about what happened.

Today, The Banger Store is under new ownership.

Zac, a close friend of the original founder and a father of five, has stepped in to bring the vision back to life with fresh energy and long-term commitment. He’s a fellow glass enthusiast and community supporter—and he’s determined to do it right.

We are actively working to make things right for customers affected by the previous shutdown. The mission remains the same, but this time we’re backed by a stronger foundation and a renewed promise to deliver quality, reliability, and transparency.
