How often do you ship orders?

A: We ship orders every other business day, Monday through Saturday.

Monday–Friday Cutoff: 1:00 PM PST / 4:00 PM EST

Saturday Cutoff: 11:00 AM PST / 2:00 PM EST

Orders placed before the cutoff will ship the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff will ship on the next scheduled shipping day.

Are packages shipped discreetly?

A: Yes. All packages are shipped in unmarked packaging using “TBS Receiving Department” as the return label. Your privacy matters to us.

How long will it take to receive my package?

A: Most packages are delivered within 2–5 business days depending on your location and shipping method. Tracking info will be sent when your order ships.

Why should I choose priority shipping?

A: Priority shipping helps ensure faster delivery and reliability during busy seasons. USPS gives it preference in processing and delivery.

Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes. Delivery times may vary depending on your country’s processing time and local carriers. Import taxes and fees are the customer's responsibility.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

A: Yes — as long as your order hasn't shipped yet. Call us immediately at (503)-482-9030 to request changes. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be rerouted.
