Shipping Information
How often do you ship orders?

A: We ship orders every other business day, Monday through Saturday.

Monday–Friday cutoff: 1:00 PM PST / 4:00 PM EST

Saturday cutoff: 11:00 AM PST / 2:00 PM EST

Orders placed before the daily cutoff on a shipping day will be processed that same day. Orders placed after the cutoff will ship on the next scheduled shipping day.

Are packages shipped discreetly?

A: Yes. We ship discreetly using unmarked packaging and use “TBS Receiving Department” as the return label. Your privacy matters to us.

How long will it take to receive my package?

A: Most packages are delivered within 2–5 business days, depending on your location and selected shipping method. You will receive tracking information once your order ships.

What’s the benefit of choosing priority shipping?

A: Priority shipping can help avoid delays during high-volume periods (like holidays), as USPS gives it delivery preference. While it’s not always faster, it does improve delivery reliability when space is limited in carrier trucks.

How do I track my order?

A: Tracking is sent via email or text to the contact info used at checkout. If you don’t see it, search your inbox for “Banger Store.”

What is the blue raffle ticket in my order?

A: Each order includes a blue ticket as your entry into our Monthly Raffle Giveaway.

We give away rigs, caps, pipes, discount codes, and more — drawn live each month on Instagram.

Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes, we can ship internationally. However, international orders may take longer to arrive and are subject to delays outside of our control.

Any import duties, customs taxes, or additional fees are the customer's responsibility. We recommend checking your country’s import policies before ordering.

Can I update my shipping address after placing an order?

A: Yes — but only if the order hasn’t already shipped. If you need to change your address, please contact us immediately at (503)-482-9030.

Once an order has been shipped, we’re unable to modify the destination address.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

What is your Banger Replacement Guarantee?

A: Our Premium Series bangers include a 10-Day Banger Replacement Guarantee. If your banger arrives broken, we will ship you a replacement at no cost — shipping is fully covered.

If the banger breaks after delivery due to accidental damage (like being dropped), we will still send you a replacement, but you will be responsible for a flat $5 shipping fee for orders shipped within the United States. Replacements being sent to international customers will be charged the cost of the cheapest option we have available.

Important: You must contact us within 10 days of receiving your order to qualify for the guarantee. Outside that window, replacements are no longer eligible.

I received the wrong item — what should I do?

If it was our mistake: We’ll ship out the correct item immediately. You’ll receive a prepaid return label and packaging for the incorrect item — no cost to you.

If you ordered the wrong size: You’ll need to send the item back to us. Once it’s on the way (just send us the tracking), we’ll ship the correct item and cover the cost of shipping it to you.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

A: It depends on the reason for the return.

If the issue was our fault (wrong item, defect, etc.), we’ll cover all shipping costs — and you may even get a small gift for the inconvenience.

If the return is due to a personal preference (like wanting a different size or item), you’ll need to cover the return shipping, but we’ll ship your replacement to you for free.

How quickly are exchange issues resolved?

A: Most exchange issues are resolved within 1 business day once we receive confirmation that the return is on the way.

How do I find a cap that fits me best?

A: Finding the right cap is all about airflow and seal. All caps we carry are designed with proper seals to avoid unwanted air leakage.

If you already own a cap you like, take note of the size and shape of its airflow holes. We photograph each cap’s holes so you can compare them when shopping.

If you’re starting fresh, feel free to message us for recommendations based on your banger size and rig style.

What's the difference between restricted and wide airflow?

Restricted Airflow: Best for longer heat retention and thicker, milkier hits. It reduces the amount of cool air entering your banger, helping retain temp — but it also limits how much air reaches your lungs.

Wide Airflow: Best for recyclers or users who prefer more airflow and less coughing. This allows more room-temp air in, slightly cooling the banger faster, but making for a smoother inhale.

How can I tell if a cap will fit a specific banger?

A: Most caps are listed by compatibility (e.g. “25mm cap” = fits a 25mm banger), though actual cap diameters may vary slightly due to shape.

If you're using a beveled edge quartz banger, a 25mm cap generally gives the best fit and performance. If you’re unsure, reach out and we’ll make sure you’re pairing the right combo.

Can a 30mm cap work on a 25mm banger?

A: Yes, most 30mm caps will still function on a 25mm banger. It may not be perfectly proportional, and some might feel top-heavy depending on your rig — but the airflow should still work great.

Can a 25mm cap work on a 20mm banger?

A: Yes, it’s common to use 25mm caps with 20mm bangers. While it may look oversized, many still create a solid seal and perform well. If aesthetics or balance are important, consider searching for a 20mm-specific cap (like a Puffco-sized cap).
