We stand behind our products — especially our Premium Series Quartz Bangers. Every Premium Banger includes a 10-Day Replacement Guarantee. Whether it is dropped by accident, your roommate broke it, or any other reason - we've got your back.
We'll replace your Premium Banger one time within 10 days of delivery. If it arrived broken, we’ll cover the shipping. If it broke due to an accident, we’ll send you a replacement — just cover shipping (typically $5 in the U.S.).
Note: This guarantee applies only to the original Premium Series Banger purchased. Replacements issued under the guarantee are not covered again.
A: Only our Premium Series Bangers include the 10-Day Replacement Guarantee. Look for the guarantee badge on the product page or contact us to confirm eligibility.
A: Accidents happen. If your Premium Banger is dropped or damaged within 10 days of delivery, we’ll replace it — just cover the $5 shipping fee (U.S. orders only).
A: Claims must be submitted within 10 days of receiving your order. Claims submitted after this window will not be eligible for replacement.
A: If your Premium Banger arrives damaged, we’ll send you a replacement right away at no cost — including shipping. In order to prove the banger broke in transit, please take a photo immediately and send it right away. Any indication your banger was used at all will indicate it wasn't broken upon arrival and you will be subjected to paying the $5 shipping cost for a new replacement banger to be sent to you (assuming you contact us within 10 days after receiving your order).
A: No — only the original Premium Series Banger purchased is covered. Replacement bangers sent under this policy are not eligible for another replacement.
