Exchange Policy
The Banger Store makes exchanges and returns as hassle-free as possible.

We typically respond in under 24 hours.
Depending on the reason, we can usually send the correct item the same day you contact us. We aim to resolve exchanges with urgency and care.
- We sent the wrong product (contact us and we’ll fix it at no cost)
- You ordered the wrong size or product
- The product doesn’t fit or isn’t compatible with other items
- You’re not satisfied with the product
- You have a different reason — we’re open to helping

Contact UsIf we made the mistake — we cover all shipping costs and you won’t pay a thing.
If the exchange is due to a customer error or preference, you’ll cover the cost of shipping the item back to us (usually $5 or less), and we’ll cover the cost to send the replacement to you.
Our Premium Series bangers include a 10-Day Banger Replacement Guarantee.
If the banger arrives broken — we’ll send a replacement at no cost, shipping included.
If the banger breaks after arrival due to an accident (like dropping it) — we’ll still replace it, but you’ll be responsible for shipping.
Shipping within the U.S. is $5. International rates will be quoted based on your location and the cheapest option we offer.
