What is your return window?

A: You may request a return within 7 days of the item being delivered. After 7 days, we are unable to process returns.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

What are accepted reasons for a return?

A: We accept returns for the following reasons:

  • - You're unsatisfied with the product or experience
  • - You received a defective item
  • - You believe the quality didn’t meet expectations

If your item arrived damaged or defective, email Zac@thebangerstore.com with photos right away. We take these reports seriously and will make it right.
